Where is my data stored?

On your device only. If you enable iCloud Sync, it syncs through your personal iCloud account. We never see it. See the privacy policy.

How do I cancel Zuko Pro?

In iOS: open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Zuko → Cancel. Purchases are handled by Apple, not by us.

I deleted the app — how do I restore Pro?

Reinstall, open the paywall, and tap Restore Purchase. As long as you use the same Apple ID, your Pro unlock returns.

Receipt / bank import missed a subscription.

Our detector uses heuristics and can miss edge cases. Add it manually via the + button. If the merchant format is broadly common (and we're missing it), send us a sample receipt — we'll tune the parser.

A cancel guide is outdated.

Merchants change their flows. Email us the service name and what you had to do differently and we'll update the guide.

Does Zuko auto-cancel subscriptions for me?

No. We never touch your accounts. Every cancellation is walked through by you, with Zuko guiding the steps.
