Terms of Service

Agreement

By installing or using Zuko, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

Zuko grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on iOS devices you personally own or control, subject to Apple's standard End-User License Agreement (EULA) for App Store apps.

Subscriptions and purchases

Zuko Pro is available via in-app purchase (monthly, yearly, or lifetime). Subscription purchases renew automatically through your Apple ID unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Refunds are handled by Apple per the App Store's refund policy.

Accuracy of recurrence detection and cancel guides

Zuko detects recurring charges from imported statements and provides step-by-step cancellation guides. Detection is heuristic and may produce false positives or miss entries. Cancel guides are compiled from public information and may become outdated as merchants change their flows. You are responsible for confirming any cancellation directly with the merchant or through your Apple ID subscriptions page.

Zuko is not liable for charges that occur because a cancellation did not complete, whether due to merchant behavior, stale guide content, or user error.

No financial advice

Zuko provides budget tracking and "Subscription Health" signals for personal information only. These are not financial advice. Consult a qualified professional for financial decisions.

Your data

Your subscription data stays on your device. See the Privacy Policy for details. You are responsible for backing up your device. If you delete the app without an iCloud backup, your local data is lost.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, tamper with, or attempt to extract source from the app beyond what is permitted by applicable law or Apple's EULA.

Warranty disclaimer

Zuko is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zuko disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zuko's total liability arising from your use of the app will not exceed the amount you paid for the app (or Zuko Pro) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be surfaced in the app release notes. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.
